0:12.0	How could you not, as scheduled Tesla released the FSD Beta of course still to the limited
0:16.1	test group.
0:17.1	But today we'll be taking a look at some of the first reactions from those owners.
0:21.2	Then over the weekend we also had sort of a strange debate raging about a photo of
0:24.4	a Tesla battery pack, we'll talk about the details behind that.
0:27.8	When Elon Musk did take the stand today in a court case against Solar City, then we've
0:31.9	got some news on Mount Hawaii, Gigaburland and a couple of other things as well.
0:35.8	Pretty strong start of the week today for Tesla stock finishing up 4.4% to $685.70, that
0:42.2	compared to the NASDAQ up just 2.10% of a percent.
0:44.9	Alright, so first up, FSD Beta, Elon did come through with his most recent scheduled
0:49.1	promise FSD Beta did release to the limited test group overnight on Friday night.
0:53.4	I'm sure a fair amount of you have spent a lot of time this weekend watching those
0:56.2	first videos.
0:57.3	I know I certainly have and from everything that I've seen so far I think one word can
1:01.0	kind of sum this up well, and that's progress.
1:03.6	Beta 9 is by no means perfect, it is still a Beta as Elon Musk highlighted a few days
1:07.8	ago, so hopefully that was in line with people's expectations.
1:10.9	But the functionality does seem to be better than the last Beta that we had version 8.2,
1:15.6	and critically important, this is with pure vision only, so no more radar.
