What is happening? Welcome to another fireside chat. My name is Nick Pollock. And after we went our separate ways for a week, we were out in the cold. We were battling this world. We are back by the

fire, of course, with Paul Spore. Paul, good to see you. Nick, it's great to see you as well.

How was your trip out west? You went way out west to interact with some of our friends,

including my other podcast co-host, Justin Mason. We missed you. Also, you know, SARS was there.

Would have been out there. Yeah. And it just felt empty a little bit without you.

But thank you all so much, everyone coming to the garage at a great live podcast of the

craft, caught a game. It's nice out there. It's pretty nice. Actually, a funny story,

not really funny. I think you might have heard,

I know this is cross sports, but you might have heard about this shooting that happened to a player.

I'm literally one block away from my hotel. Wow. It happened. Yeah, I was away in the, in off

hiking that Saturday, but yeah, I was there at that, off hiking that Saturday.

But, yeah, I was there.

Definitely he's going to be okay, Ricky Pearson, but my goodness, terrifying, right?

Just absolutely terrifying.

Danielle, Justin, and I were exactly in that place 24 hours prior.

Unreal.

Really scary.
