Hello, this is Hand-Bake-off, the Arsenal podcast brought to you Bali Athletic.

As you can probably tell, I'm not Ian Stone, who, just as the fixtures have got a little bit tricky, has jetted off to the Caribbean for a couple of weeks.

Very well, Jay. Welcome aboard. Thank you very much. We'll be reflecting on the Villa game in the

first half of today's podcast. And in the second, we'll be getting involved with the Athletics

Invincibles Advent calendar that's running this month, discussing whether the 0304 sides should have done

Before we delve into the meat of the podcast, I mean, we should probably address the elephant

in the room. Most people

know me as the Brentford correspondent. So why on earth am I hosting the Arsenal podcast? I'm of

course a secret Arsenal fan, I'm hiding in plain sight this whole time, even on that fateful August

2021 day a couple of years ago, which Arsenal fans still bully me for, shall we say.

I just feel like I should give a little list of my credentials as to why I should be here right now.

My dad's an Arsenal fan. I'm an Arsenal fan. I grew up with the Invincibles.

And I did go to the 2006 Champions League final and even missed a couple of days of school for it.
