Summary

Elsa has locked my story away in her castle and refuses to let you hear it! Send Elsa 3 things you're grateful for and UNLOCK THE STORY ---> https://www.honeybeekidsclub.com/frozen-gratitude πŸ’–πŸ’–

Practicing gratitude is important because it allows us to reflect and give thanks for the positive things in our lives. When we fill our hearts with gratitude we bring more of the things we appreciate, into focus. πŸ’–πŸ˜Š

Practicing gratitude is something I strive to do every single day. I write down the 3 things I'm grateful for every morning and I've been doing it for many years. It helps me to love and appreciate all the positive things in my life and gives me something to lean on when I’m feeling down. πŸ’–πŸ˜Š

In my classroom we practice gratitude every day before lunch, taking a moment to quiet ourselves and do what we call, β€œsaying our thank yous”. I hope you and your family consider making "saying our thank yous" part of your routine...I've found that's it best before meals or before bedtime πŸ’–πŸ˜Š - Love, Mrs. Honeybee
