Could you give us, just to start this off, a little bit of an overview of what you're actually doing in the front yard?

Oh yeah, we remodeled our entire front yard last year.

It was actually a many multiple year project because everything was DIY. We ripped out all the dead lawn

that I never wanted to water in the first place and we put in some birdies raised beds right and you're

Yeah so we put in some birdies beds and angled them according to how the sun would
