1:59.5	President Biden did come into office promising that in the war in Afghanistan by September 11, 2021 in the summary report notes intelligence assessments that the Afghan security forces would be able to defend their country and the capital.
2:13.5	And they do the best they can. Do they always get it right? That'd be the first ones if they were up here to tell you they don't always get it right.
2:18.5	And clearly we didn't get things right here with Afghanistan and how fast the Taliban were moving across the country.
