Summary

Several high-profile cases are on the docket as the supreme court returns from summer recess, many of which will provide a definitive ruling on whether President Trump overstepped the boundaries of his executive powers by ordering wide-ranging tariffs. FOX News Senior National Correspondent Rich Edson joins the Rundown to break down what those cases are, from the legality of President Trump’s tariff policies to birthright citizenship being called into question for the first time in over a century. Later, Medicare director at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Chris Klomp breaks down President Trump's deal with Pfizer, and what it means for patients across the country.
