This is the Fox News rundown from Washington. There have been more than a dozen tie-breaking votes cast in the Senate this year by Vice President

Kamala Harris, not an unexpected use of the VP's time in a 50-50 divided Senate.

But that could change after next year's elections with 34

Senate seats up for a vote. Several will have no incumbent due to retirements.

Others could swing from one party to another, so the vice president may not be making quite as many trips to the capital come January 2023.
