that it'll find itself yet again in another spending showdown in the new year.

They just passed another continuing resolution which is exactly what got former speaker

President Biden and his Chinese counterpart

meeting face to face for the first time in a year,

making agreements on curbing the flow of fentanyl into the U.S. and restoring
