We've been involved in church, our whole married life.

We have never been out of church.

I mean, there's been times when it's been very difficult for us to do that, but we've

always stayed very involved, very active in the church.

I grew up Catholic and you grew up non-denominational.

And we would, you know, attend each other's churches, but we didn't really have a home

of our own.

And we would just clash.

I mean, we could not come to make sure.

Especially when it came to, what are we going to do when we have kids?

We got in a fight one day about me taking the children to church and so I was like, well,

then come to church.

So he decided to come to church.

Every day, you know, we lift each other up in prayer and you just bathe your marriage

in prayer.

Well, I'm so glad to have all of you with us at church online, all of our life churches,

our network churches today.

We're starting a brand new five-week teaching series called From This Day Forward.

And what we're going to do is we're going to try to invest in the lives of those of you

that hope to get married one day and give you some tools on the front side of marriage

that will help prepare you for a godly marriage.
