1:08.4	He's previously served as the deputy secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy.
1:13.0	He served as general counsel for the EPA, the Environmental Protection Agency.
1:18.3	He served as deputy counsel for vice president George H.W. Bush.
1:22.4	He worked with Jack Welts. They continued to maintain a relationship.
