And today we're talking about a topic near and dear, really, to both of us, and that

is developing leaders.

So Carol, welcome back.

It's so great to be back, Andy.

Well, last month was so much fun.

And again, this is something that we both are so passionate about.

For those of you who don't know, Carol is the chief executive officer of UPS, a role

she has assumed in June of 2020.

And as I said last month, I want us to all pause for just a moment to remember what was

going on in June of 2020, a pandemic that triggered international instability that triggered

an economic meltdown five months before a somewhat memorable presidential election.

And as I asked Carol last time, did you lose a bet?

And you actually told us you were in retirement.

I was.

You were at home on the farm.

I was.

I was.

And then you stepped back into this.
