has had his conviction overturned by the Supreme Court.

Five out of five Supreme Court judges overturned his conviction.

His conviction for the murder of his wife and his son.

And the argument was that the county clerk, Rebecca Hill,

biased the jury against Elyke Murdoch.

Which she did, but things can be two things.
