0:11.9

that's not your history class, with me your host, Katie Charlwood, History Harlet and

0:17.2

Reader of Books. You might be perceptive enough to check my tone and be like,

0:22.6

she sounds weird. I am, as the French call it, Le Sick. And because I'm so under the weather,

0:29.7

I'm just not fit for a chord in a full episode. And I have great plans. And this story I think

0:37.1

deserves all of my attention and everything I can give

1:40.2

and I will see you in the next episode. The five victims, the five canonical victims of Jack there,

1:48.2

are the five that have been definitely absolutely attributed to him,

1:52.9

although I have opinions about one of them, but we'll discuss that later.

1:59.4

They're only important, the only matter, the only reason anybody wants to hear anything about them

2:05.7

is because they were victims of a serial killer, a serial killer that, you know, has never been unmasked.

2:15.0

And people care more about their death than they cared about their lives.

2:21.5

And that's why I'm here, because I feel that it's important to understand who these women
