This week we're turning our attention to the Supreme Court.

There's a whole lot going on, obviously, with all of the January 6 hearings, with so much

occurring in the economy in Ukraine and elsewhere, but it's a pivotal week for the Supreme Court

and that means it's going to be a pivotal week for our daily lives in so many ways.

Let's start with guns as the Senate is moving closer to passing bipartisan unlegislation

although the House may not agree, we're reminded of Justice Warren Burgers.

That was Chief Justice Warren Burgers' blistering assessment of the Second Amendment.

If I were writing the Bill of Rights now, there wouldn't be any such thing as the Second

Amendment.

Which is?

That's a well-regulated militia being necessary for the defense of the state, the people's

rights to bear arms.

This has been the subject of one of the greatest pieces of fraud.

I repeat the word fraud on the American public, but I special interest groups that I have

ever seen in my lifetime.
