I was so happy for you.

I was happier for you I think than I was for me in the draft because I had to hear you

talk over and over again on the off day debrief about how filling it blue chip guys they

needed to do the smart obvious thing and trade up and get blue chip players and here they

are they move up they trade with the division rival and they get a high smith trophy winning

wide receiver.

They got the vante smith so I was going to put the Eagles as a winner you know for our winners

and losers but really I think I am the winner here personally because I was calling for

this to happen clearly I bullied the Eagles into doing this jokes aside this Eagles draft

was different in years past and that they kind of went chalk and especially compared to

the last year in 2020 when they tried to really outthink themselves and oh we know better

than the consensus and actually Justin Jefferson not that great let's take Dylan Rager oh we

know better than everyone else let's take a quarterback with our number 53 overall pick

even though we just signed car so went to a contract extension a year ago so they didn't

try to do something totally galaxy brain this year if you go by the athletics consensus

big board which a reef has on does a good job with every year former daily Norseman contributor

reef son I think the Eagles were like seventh in terms of draft value so I like to see that
