I'm sorry, the call at the end of the Lions Ravens game.

Before the field goal, there's an incomplete pass that Lamar Jackson throws essentially, I think,

to just kill some time off the clock.

There's like two seconds that go by when that play clock hits zero and they don't throw a flag.

And if they throw the flag there, the Ravens are backed up five yards and there's no way Justin Tucker's making a 71-yard field goal.

And I know the mechanics of the call, right?

The clock hits zero.

The ref turns. If the ball is being

snapped, he lets it go. That's a dumb system. The NFL needs like a shot clock system where

a buzzer just goes off in the stadium. Like, clearly we have the technology. We can do this.

The idea that, no, we're going to let let it tick down, hit zero first, and then we're going

to have time for the official to turn and look and then make a judgment.
