It is game day and we are looking ahead to this Lions game.

So let's start off with head coach Pete Carroll's thoughts on the upcoming matchup back when we heard from him on Wednesday.

It's on the road to Detroit. This is a team that is really an emerging team. Coach Campbell's done

a great job of taking over this place and putting his stamp on it because you can see how they

play in all phases that they really get after it and they're really aggressive and I'm sure he's he's pleased with the progress they're making because it's a good looking football team.

They scoring a lot of points the most in the NFL and that's a real obvious contention for us.

We've got to get after it.

We're going to have to slow down a running game that's one of the best in the NFL.

And we haven't done great there, so we have to really pick up our action on that end of it.

We know a lot about the QB.

We've played him a lot, and we have a lot of respect for Jared and what he does, where he comes from. That's an inside deal to Jared only.

They've got a real aggressive defense as well, and they're going to try and cover us up and

lock us down, and we respect that challenge. And special teams are really solid. And like you

would think, they play really hard and like you would think they play

really hard and give you great effort just like coach wants so we respect what we're up against here

this is an obvious team it's on the move and we're going to have to play some great football to get

a win there let's start off with a few longer term injury updates from wednesday before we get

into the more near term injury updates at the end of this episode. We're going to start off by hearing about two defensive linemen with Alton Robinson and Shelby Harris. Alton Robinson will be eligible for you next week. Is he going to jump back into things pretty quick for you? We'd like to see that. I mean, he's got to come back and show it. He's been working to stay in shape and all of that with what he's got. It may take a couple weeks to get him back in. Is Shelby-Hart Peres going to be back this week? He's back, yeah. And because of the way things fell, he won't go today, but we're testing him out with the trainers and all that today to see. I talked to him a little while ago. He's anxious to play this week. He thinks he can do it. So he's got to show him. Some good news regarding cornerback, Trey Brown. Yeah. I talked to Trey today about it. He's still a few weeks away, but now they're putting dates on it. They think they've got a chance to get back.

So I told them, okay, they give you those dates, beat it, you know,

and compete to get back sooner than that.
