I'm host, Nadia producer of the Arrowhead Pride podcast network, Steve and Sarada.

Chiefs return to the practice field on Thursday.

We heard from offensive coordinator Matt Nagy as well as defensive coordinator,

Steve Spagnolo, safety, Brian Cook, and special team's coordinator, Dave Toe.

We'll go in that order, starting with the chiefs offensive coordinator,

followed by the defensive coordinator.

After that, we'll take a quick time out when we get back.

I mean, you can mention that you've been so relaxed to play, made a lot.

And sometimes we'll play some lot, but it seems that plays in the favor of what you guys

Just overall, what you see at this point is some of the defense that they're going to be

supporting some attacks.

They can play a bunch of different carverages.
