Hello, welcome back in the podcast that we like to call from the podium where you hear

directly from your Kansas City chiefs.

I'm Husband Audio producer of the our head pride podcast network.

Steven Surda, day two of the NFL draft is upon us here in Kansas City, but before the

chiefs select in the second and third round on Friday evening, we heard from chiefs

owner and chairman Clark Hunt.

But before before we get there, one, say a few things, you know, first of all, I want

to compliment the job that the city has done in hosting the draft.

I had a chance to be down there before the draft and then also at the end of the draft.

And I just thought it was spectacular.

I thought it showed great on TV as well.

I heard nothing but compliments from the league office personnel in terms of the job

that the city has done.

And based on my experience, walked around the streets beforehand, looked like everybody

was having a very fun time as well.

I also want to mention how excited we are to add Felix to the roster.

Both Coach Reed and Brett Veach believed that he'll be able to come in and make a significant

contribution this year.

I had a chance to meet him a few minutes ago and he's so excited to be a member of the

chiefs.

In fact, last night when I was talking to him on the phone, he broke down crying.

And I could hear him say, I've been dreaming about this my entire life.
