In today's episode, we'll meet the Senate candidate from Kentucky, Charles Booker, who, if elected, could change the course of U.S. history.

And folks, I am really pleased to have with me today, writer, director, and documentarian, Pat McGee to discuss his latest film from the hood to the holler.

Now, it's a very interesting documentary, and I love political documentaries, but this one's fascinating because, you know, I'm just going to tell you the spoiler alert.

It's impossible to avoid it.

This documentary chronicles Charles Booker's run for the Senate in Kentucky

in 2020 when he was running in the Democratic primary that summer, hoping to become the Democratic

challenger to Mitch McConnell. As it turned out, Amy McGrath became the Democratic candidate,
