labor market looking bad, but despite all those things going on in the world,

despite how dire things seem or how dire we may be in our mood and you know it's tough being home all day and you know it takes a mental toll in you in a weird way where you know we're not meant to be kept up all day we need to go outside, go for walks, have a greater level of human interaction

face to face beyond just texting or even literally face timing. You know, I got my dad who, you know, I talked

out on the podcast all the time, you know, tailgating, going Eagles games, all those, you know, father-son stories I like to tell.

I got him to do his first ever FaceTime, I think on Saturday night, you know, we each had a beer,

you know, my girlfriend Ashley and I in our apartment were cooped up and then, you know, my mom and

him had a drink and did not really know how to use FaceTime, I'll say that.
