Hey, this is Meredith. There's been a lot written about the impact of the pandemic on mental health.

Just a couple of months ago, the World Health Organization reported that anxiety and depression had

increased by 25%. There have been some studies that have found as many as 30% of Americans are

dealing just with depression. If you're in that number, it can feel really discouraging. When Katie Pesson

first shared her story with us, one of the things that struck me was how encouraging it was to hear

from someone who wasn't miraculously healed of depression, but has found God's faithfulness as she

deals with it. I think this episode from the archives will give you hope.
