Last week was heavy.

This entire energetic wave has been dense.

The energy is dense.

There is a lot of fear within the collective, not just within certain places in the world or certain countries.

This fear is felt globally.

Energetic waves are designed to facilitate great change in the world.

They're designed to open our hearts and our awareness and also bring us back to ourselves.

There is a teaching, an Aerevatic teaching that I heard in 2016, that I keep with me at the forefront of my mind every day.

And that teaching is, as is the micro, as is the macro.

How we all are on a micro level creates how we are on a macro level, impacts it, creates it,

creates it.

And so in these moments, these energetic waves of intensity, bring your attention and awareness back to micro, to yourself, take care of yourself.
