So there's nothing stage, nothing unnatural. This is just raw coaching about where I'm at, where I'm going, you know, advice, things like that. As I've said in the past, no one's sponsoring these episodes and always giving me any money, but I want to do a call out to the people and the things that have helped me on my path to recovery. You're going to be using you can to hydrate yourself. Fitzok. They're a sock partner for Tenjunk Miles Racing. They give us the socks for the sugar badger and I wear those socks. I train in those socks. Montego shoes. I've been wearing the hell out of those. I have the avocado colored ones that I think it's like the H1 or the R one, whatever the original OG one. I really like that one, but I'm going to try the new ones too. I also have the trail shoe and I haven't tried it yet. And then last but not least, trail toes, I rub that on all my parts and it keeps me from chafing. All these, there's just products I use. I just bought a couple more pairs of Monte Coast shoes.
