0:47.3	somewhere to Katrina and myself 18, 20 years. So we've been collectively together for so long
0:56.1	that we've seen different versions of ourselves and we've evolved and we have kind of rolled with
1:04.1	the punches and I think that one of the topics that we'll talk about today is rock bottom and how
1:10.8	it actually isn't like the worst possible thing. It's actually an opportunity and it's just a
1:16.9	choice and there's nowhere but up from there and these guys are just filled with lessons.
1:23.8	They're network and the people to talk to and advise. They have learned so much and it's such
1:30.4	an honor to have them on the podcast today because they're sharing their knowledge with all of us
1:37.2	and frankly they're just great people like work with the people that you love and that's something
