Says all people.

We'll draw all people to myself.

He said this to show by what kind of death he was going to die.

So, why did you talk this way?

What do you expect to happen, Jesus?

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him.

Now, the clue, I think the clearest clue, is the fact that he's responding to grumbling.
