He is one of the most well-known gossip colonists of all time. He also was a publicist for some of the biggest stars in Hollywood for many, many years and then kind of switch careers went from, you know, being their

publicist to then reporting on them. But he, he had J-Lo, he had Diddy, he had Jessica Simpson,

he worked with so many people. So he's got such a fascinating life. He has just released a book.

So we're going to get into his book, started with a whisper. I'm very excited. We haven't had him on for years at this point, but we go way, way back. So stick around. It's going to be a great episode. Adam, how are you doing today, buddy? I'm good, actually. I, you know what? So Rob was very kind enough to invite me to his book release party the other night. And, you know, I go there.

Was there any celebrities there? Not really. There was like this guy Elvis Duran, which do you know who Elvis Duran is? Yep. Okay. So I didn't. Yeah, yeah, radio guy and his girl was Anna Scotto, who's a big New York personality does the morning show there. She's a TV on New York. Yeah, yeah. She does the good morning. she does the New York

thing. So, you know, I didn't know if people know

they were. Besides that, there was all

the... TV on New York. Yeah, yeah. She does the Good Morning, Mary. She does the New York thing. So, you know, I didn't know if people know they were. Besides that, there was all these gossip reporters there. And again, I'm wearing a hat. I'm wearing my book bag because I have my camera in the bag. I'm like sort of very dressed down for this party. Everyone else was wearing like blazers and suits. And I honestly, like, a lot of people are coming up to me because they were commended me on my Kyle Cook interview. And I was like, oh, I'm part of it now. Like, I'm in the game. Like, you know, I used to be one of the guys who was trying to get in. Now I'm like, no, I deserve a seat at the table. And, uh, but it was all these like veteran gossip people. And it was kind of cool to talk to these people, see what gossip people working on. Not like kind of fight the first stories, but like see what, you know, it was a good like kind of meetup of all these like entertainment news, pop culture reporters just all hanging out together. So it was cool. It was great. It was great. You were missed. You actually really enjoyed it. It was really good to kind of talk shop with people. Like you sort of, it was a long drive. I couldn't make it. I'm sorry. But it's like, you know, you don't work with these people, but you sort of work with them in a way. So it's not like it's not, I don't really think it's competition either. Even though you are trying to get the story sort of before them. Like I don't really find that as competition. It's just like, it is just, we're all just trying to eat. And, yeah, but now is my busy time. I mean, I am been so busy because, you know, I have, you know, now up fronts are starting. A lot of premieres are going on. The Devil Wars Prada premiere was the other night. Met this girl, Siena Spiro. Do you know who Sienna Spiro is?

No. She got this huge song right now that she was just on Fallon. She is blowing up. She, to me, Dax, is going to be the next Adele. Like Charlie Puth is talking about. That's a big, uh, it is. You know what? Those are huge shoes to fill. and I don't want to put her that, you know, I don't want to give her too much pressure.

And not unless she's like, yeah, that guy gave me too much pressure.

And not only she's like, yeah, that guy gave me too much pressure. My career screwed up. But I think she's just very, she's very cute. She's very funny. She's got the English accent. But her vocals are very unique. So she takes a lot of risks under music to actually work. So I don't know. I think this girl is Siena Spiro. Let me know in our private Facebook group off the record. If you heard about this girl, Siena Spiro, interviewed her super sweet, super nice. My bet is on her to be the next huge star. I guarantee the S&L season's rapping this year. Next year, she will be a musical performer in SNL. Next year, she will be released on her feature album. And it's going to be pretty massive. I think there's a big push

behind her. I think she's been doing small rooms. I think she'll be selling out, not like

stadiums per se, but like solid arenas, master's for a garden, like places like that very, very soon. How are you, sir? I am good. I want to read a review because this one, I want to get your feedback on it. This one is a review. However, they had some criticism, but I said, look, if you put five stars and you put a review, I will read it, whether it's good, bad, ugly in between.

five stars. Definitely going to give you guys five stars because I love you guys. Your recent

Brittany episode really bugged me, though. Some simple Googling could show that the legal

standard for a conservatorship is what it is in California. Brittany did not meet that standard and still

doesn't, and it's scary to hear influential people such as yourself flip-flopping on that take because

of what she's been going through. DUI and even drug use does not qualify for conservatorship.

You literally have to be incapacitated.
