Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of the Mahal lowdown.

I'm Jeff Lauderback and today we had planned on having a show a little different because normally I have guests on the show.

But I was excited and I am excited about talking about what really is the synopsis of maha.

The maha movement has several types of entities within it, obviously,

vaccine safety and efficacy and the capture of government agencies, removing the corporate

capture government agencies, removing chemicals from food. It's wide ranging, but if there's anything that you

could really, like an elevator speech with the Maha movement, it would be eat real food. So my

original plan was to get on here just me and talk about eat real food and how it originated and incorporating

my story and incorporating some interesting news stories that have been happening. But then as it so

happens at times, my voice has been impacted by, had a virus over the weekend.

And my voice is hoarse.

So I have someone coming in as a co-host.

And actually, what's interesting about this is,

and we have a personal interest because we are significant others,

but also she is involved, she has an interest in

and is a building a business related to that, related to permaculture,

and she'll be talking about that. I'd like to welcome RJ Webster.
