The county runs the probate court, correct?

So it's really the county and the court system that's making decisions about how your

affairs are settled after you pass versus a living trust gives specific instructions in terms of what you want done.

Well, I understand the process.

So I can, you know, I can explain to them some of the pitfalls, some of the stuff they can

expect, you know, like for instance, with this last client of mine, you know, there were

some stuff going on with her attorney. And, you know,

she would ask me, like, and she said this, that. And, you know, some of the things I would say,

you know, got it, I haven't encountered what I would want them to do. And so there's a, there's a

pressure on them and a stress on them, besides the fact that they're mourning, the loss,

right? They're also in a place emotionally where they're trying to do right by whoever,

whoever it was that left these assets to them. Talk about that for a second because that's, that's, the real estate thing

is easy for us, you know, that there's something past this, right? Selling their house is not the

end of the deal, right? It's just kind of the beginning of a new chapter. So, um, right, I can imagine,

I can imagine with your legal background, that helps quite a bit when you're dealing with
