have the productivity that you want each in every day. What I love about Lindsay is her story of literally starting in her kitchen with no help

no idea how to start a business no idea how to run a business no idea how to do any of

that stuff but she had a passion for really helping people heal from the inside out.

And from that, a health and wellness company started, it thrived, it grew,

people started loving the products that she was making and it turned into the incredible

company that she continues to grow today. I think that this is a great episode

for anyone who needs to feel a little bit inspired and maybe to be

reminded that you're not alone if that is the season that you're in if you're in the

season of having this really good idea but you actually don't know how to cultivate it into something

outside of the idea. This story that Lindsay shares will be a great one for you.
