Today, I get the honor of sitting down with powerhouse leader, entrepreneur, and mom of three,

Morgan Klein, the co-founder and CEO of Byrne boot camp.

I've mentioned many times I've been a member of Byrne boot camp for two years now and how

much I enjoy the Byrne experience.

husband Devon started burn with nothing more than a vision and a few workouts in a parking lot.

At the time, she was still climbing the corporate ladder at Kellogg's, but it wasn't long

She eventually made the leap, left her safe corporate career, and went all in on building

and expanding Burn.

Fast forward to today, Burn Boot Camp has grown to over 400 physical locations

nationwide and is now valued at half a billion dollars. In 2022, Morgan officially stepped

into the role of CEL, becoming the first woman to lead the brand she helped create.
