1:26.2	as a loan officer, producing your own leads and whatnot for what period of time?
1:32.8	I made the decision. It was my New Year's goal, so January. I decided to step out on my own and get my own leads.

1:48.4	this, this is August. Yes. Right. So, so really January, February is when you, when you put on your
1:56.0	hat and said, all right, I got this. I'm going to, I'm going to beat this like a rented mule, not that we would ever be. This is what I meant to be, where I'm meant to be, what I'm meant to do. So let's do it. All right. So, so tell me about, I don't know, this month or last month or whichever month. So here we, here we are like, what, six months into this, something like that. What's the results first and then let's talk about
