I'm Helen Needham and a few weeks ago I was in the studio

producing the live programme Out of doors on BBC Radio Scotland

and an email arrived in from a lady called Marion Burrows Smith, normally in Nethy Bridge,

but writing to us from Kathmandu in Nepal.

Lying on my bed in my little guest house in Kathmandu, I've got a friend who has a guest

house there and I just arrived from Thailand. I'd went to Thailand for a holiday and I arrived in Kathmandu. I've got a friend who has a guest house there. And I just arrived from Thailand.
