you've been in the game about as long as Gino here, 06. When did you get started? I bought my first duplex in 2002, Morrison. I didn't mean he's got four years. Sorry, I was asking him, which is totally weird and no one ever does

that to ask the co-host when they got started and then we'll volley back, Morrison. Sorry, I just

was like, man, that's called a curveball. Yeah, yeah. Well, I bought my first, I guess I bought my first rental probably around 2003, 2004, not too far off where you're at. And I mean,

the bio that you guys have from me, I got to get an updated one. We've raised multiple nine figures

at this point in private. You know, there's a small staff over here. It's probably Gino's kids in

the back with it with a couple little, a couple little mice on some spinny wheels. So we're keeping it together the best we can.
