I'm super excited for our time together.

And like we talked about before we hit record, everybody has a story and our passion is to

help them tell it. So with your permission, we're going to start with where you were born,

go all the way up to today, and then we want to talk about what you're doing to help buyers

and sellers and investors, right, to purchase and to own real estate?

Yeah, absolutely. So my name is Daniel Stewart. I was born in Minnesota. I'm 41 years old.

And so back in the day when I was born, it was a little different than it is today. But we had the

freedom of running around and being kids.

And, you know, I was, I was, I always excelled in sports. So I went on to play baseball in

Northern California in college. And so Minnesota, growing up in Minnesota, it's not really

conducive for, you know, know the summer athletes so playing baseball in

college and moving out moving away from there was always the goal to get out of there

right away so is that just because it gets colder in the like thing it's cold all year

round I mean I think right now it's it's negative 35 out So, yeah, it's a, you're not playing baseball today.
