It's interesting because in the military there's this whole culture right like once you pass the 10 year mark if you tell people you're getting out the whole world is like dude you're crazy.

What do you think and why not you know what I just realize like that pension is going to come out to at on the high end for me it would have

been four thousand five thousand dollars a month and and you know you're a real estate

guy and an entrepreneur and a business guy so if you sit down and you think can I make $5,000 a month

a recurring income in the next seven years if I have all the time in the world to

work on it yeah no brainer.
