0:04.4	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be from I Love You to to I Need Space and Feel Suffocated.
0:13.5	So I've got an email.
0:15.2	This is like the classic type of scenario that I would say a lot of guys that come to my work find themselves in.
0:26.4	So this particular guy met a woman beginning of the year. They're both in their, I think it's her 40s, he says.
0:33.4	Things moved along real well, passionate come July of this year. He says, I love you to her
0:40.4	first. She parrots it back. They had the best weekend after that that they've ever had together.
0:49.2	Making love indoor Olympics. Things are amazing. It's like the stuff you see in the movies.
0:55.8	And then, I mean, on top of that,
0:58.8	they were also talking about they're moving in together
1:01.2	and planning their lives together
1:02.8	and all these great things about the future.
1:07.6	And then she says she needs space, she feels suffocated,
1:13.6	and then on top of that, she tells him that he is needy and clingy.
1:18.6	So this is an interesting story, because a lot of, again, a lot of guys come to my work.
1:24.6	They find themselves in a situation like this.
1:29.6	So this guy, in essence, is in friend zone.
1:32.8	She says that she wants to say exclusive, but no more intimacy.
1:35.6	They want to be boyfriend, girlfriend, but no intimacy.
1:40.3	So in other words, she's friend zoning this guy, or has friends owned him, I should say.
1:48.1	And there's no intimacy, but yet he's got to stay exclusive to her. Makes a lot of sense,
1:53.0	right? And a lot of things she says, because it brings up a good point, because you could tell the guy's like, hey, man, I don't understand. Just a few weeks later, I'm confused about this.
