The theme for today's interview that I want to lay out is basically just a series of embarrassing and explosive disclosures

from the U.S. national security state and still a refusal by the media that so often parrots

what CIA officials tell them to write to acknowledge these developments. I'm talking about

new developments in the case of Julian Assange, details of the

CIA's war against him, new developments in Russia Gate, where you have a Clinton lawyer indicted

for lying to the FBI while basically pushing a concocted narrative trying to draw Trump-Russia

ties. In admission from the U.S. government US government that in fact this so-called Havana

syndrome that has been afflicting US diplomats where supposedly Russia or Cuba or some

other enemy has been attacking US officials with sonic weapons is most likely crickets.

But I want to start with a story that you've been very vocal on,

which is this Hunter Biden laptop story. Before the election in 2020, the U.S. media basically

censored itself from reporting on the Hunter laptop revelations, and social media giants

even blocked reporting being shared on social media because some anonymous

CIA officials declared that this whole thing might be Russian disinformation. Now we have a book

coming out from a political reporter that confirms some of the emails on the Hunter Biden laptop

actually came from Hunter Biden and this reporter confirmed this through reporting of his own.

You've been very vocal on this.

I mean, this issue led to your resignation from the intercept.
