| 1:14.8 | And in kind of a panic, we went out and purchased about 25, 30 rental properties. |

| 1:29.6 | that much renovation to them. I managed them on the side. And we really saw that, hey, |

| 1:45.3 | if they're going with a full service turnkey company like us, you know, because we are |
| 1:51.8 | acquiring the property. We're taking on all of the liability. You know, we're not asking for |
