Never been in this part of North Carolina. you know I actually I wound up driving down in North Carolina just because I didn't want to |
| 1:29.8 | screw it up I just I, I'm like, all right, let me, you know, I didn't have to do all that. But yeah, it was a lady. She was in New York. She had this property in North Carolina that she was renting to this guy. She didn't want it anymore. And wound up taking it and um getting it under contract we went |
| 1:46.8 | up listing the thing on the mLS found found a another investor type who was closed paying you know |
| 1:52.4 | a little bit closer to retail on it and we wound up making $13,000 on it it was a jv split it |
| 1:59.5 | but it was a proof of concept sure so i know if i can make $13,000 on it. It was a JV split it, but it was a proof of concept. Sure. So I know if I can make $13,000 in one deal, you know, and somewhere I've never been. I can do it all over the place. Yeah. Over and over again. Did you jump in full time or were you doing something else at the same time? I was working electrical engineering, uh, about 60, 70 hours a week, working my eyeballs out. |
