The most important thing is being there for the client,

understanding their human story, actually caring about them,

you know, helping them navigate this new life that they have to live now, right?

Because they have to live a new life, like they were perfectly healthy before,

or you know, they had this loved one before, now they don't.

And you need to just be able to sit down and listen and understand what they're going through

and really, really, really want to be there for them.

And it can't, I mean, I can't tell you, I mean, I have over 2,000 clients.

I obviously can't talk to all of them.

I've trained my staff and my staff believes in me and you know, they're able to talk to them and they're able to, you know, a lot of these people don't have health insurance, right? They don't, they can't go to a doctor.

I mean, they just got in an accident and they can't go to a doctor. Or they don't speak English. They only speak Spanish or, you know, they, you know, they, you know, they don't know what to do. So we're there to help them. are there to, you know, help them get to the right doctor, treat for their injuries, recover as much as

possible, and then finally get them justice.
