0:13.1	by wholesaling single family homes, quickly expanded into rentals and Airbnbs. In 2019, he joined
0:19.3	Jake and Gino, and in 2022, he went on to purchase a 20-unit
0:22.7	building, followed by investing in the 96 units in Kansas. Welcome to the show, Aaron. How are you doing,

0:34.0	and honor to be here, man. So thank you. And the honor is ours and the pleasure is ours.
0:37.5	And what I love about the Jake and Gino community,

0:42.1	but they don't get in having experienced a multifamily.
0:45.0	They're in the single family space or in the wholesaling space.
0:47.8	How did you start out in the real estate business?
0:50.1	Because I know you've got another business.
0:51.4	What drew you to real estate?
1:00.4	You know, I've been, it's always been, it's always been something that I've enjoyed.
1:06.2	I lived in New York for a while in Jersey City in the Heights. So I used to do rentals, you know, in Manhattan. So I did that. That was, you know, coming from Houston and Texas, the rental market, it was totally different.
1:14.3	So I was like, okay, hold on.
1:16.1	We're doing what again?
1:16.9	It was almost like, but, you know, going to see these properties anywhere from, you know, the Lower East Side.
1:26.0	And this is around, this time frame is probably around, oh six, you know, around there.
1:32.7	So seeing some of the old historic and then, you know, you go to Gramercy and then you're
1:37.2	seeing the, you know, the top luxury building.
