How did you start out in the real estate business?

You know, I've been, it's always been, it's always been something that I've enjoyed.

I lived in New York for a while in Jersey City in the Heights. So I used to do rentals, you know, in Manhattan. So I did that. That was, you know, coming from Houston and Texas, the rental market, it was totally different.

So I was like, okay, hold on.

It was almost like, but, you know, going to see these properties anywhere from, you know, the Lower East Side.
