Travis is an owner of a company called Guestestio where they do podcast guests. And so we

have that mutual friend and as an investor in Gestio. These two knew each other. You know, Travis

estate, being involved in property management, then what?

All of a sudden, you had an... I learned one day and said, hey, like, I want to start raising

money. Yeah, I learned basic real estate skills at conferences, at investor meetups. And then I got

to learn property management and basics is like really important to

the investing strategy. And so one of the investing strategies I learned is the basics of flipping.

You know, if someone finds a deal, which I would say is the basics of investing in general.

Someone finds a deal. Someone's going to manage the deal and someone's going to bring the money.

Yeah, all three sides of a pyramid. And what I did is my two family members were moving.
