This week we're talking about something

very close to my heart, food. And to do that, I've come to a farm, although this is maybe not

the first image that will come to your mind. This is a vertical farm, a highly controlled

environment, and one way food production is changing as the world adapts to climate change.

We'll explore what this is later, but we'll also be talking to those working around the world

in agri-tech. That's the name for technology connected to farming. And stay tuned because I've been
