So you worked in a factory before you owned rental properties? Yes, I did. I worked

there for 25 years. Wow. And what did you do? I started out as a forfeit operator and then he

eventually became a mechanic on a machine, just, you know, fixing, nuts and bolts and that kind of

stuff. So you were just a regular guy with a regular job,

and you figured out one day that you could buy properties

and make some cash flow on it,

and if you had enough properties,

you could actually quit your job.

That is correct, yes, sir.

That is, I think, really, really incredible and really inspiring.
