Megan has a really great story to share with us because she went from extreme diets to

intuitive eating and getting body positive to then losing weight after COVID and

finding a more moderate approach. She kind of had to go

through various different things, two extremes of the pendulum, to find what really

worked for her. And I think this is going to sound very true for a lot of people.

I think that sometimes they start out on one extreme and then they go to another extreme and

then they find somewhere in the middle is their happy balance and so I think you're going to get a lot from
