Today we're sitting down with Caitlin Thorburn, the actress who brings Renee D Carter to life.

Renee started as a club exclusive character, but now her adventures can be heard by everyone.

Her character has grown a lot in recent days and Caitlin's been a big part of that.

Let's get to know Caitlin a little better. Jesse I think you're stepping out on vacation for this

interview, aren't you? Oh right, my wife and I are going to walk in the footsteps of the

Apostle Paul. Greece, here I come.

Caitlin, so glad to have you on the podcast today.

Oh, thank you, Bob, thank you.

Your bio says that you are British by birth but raised in Massachusetts.

So a little old England and new England, tell us a little about that journey.

That's brilliant. So yes, that's right. I was born actually in a town called Epsom,

Surrey, which is a few miles south of London in England.

It's actually just near the Epsom Downs race course,

which is famous for the Epsom Derby,

where the Queen used to go and watch the horses run.

And then when I was about six, we moved over to Massachusetts in a town called Andover, just outside of Boston.

Due to my dad's job, he was working for a shoe company called Converse.

And originally, I think it was supposed to just be a one or two

year situation with a family and we ended up staying for almost 10 years so
