The destruction of Babylon the capital of the Beast Kingdom marks the end of the great tribulation, the somber gives way to song.

It is the bridge between the Great Tribulation and the Millennium. Ancient Babylon was the epicenter for evil and over time the city's name

Babylon became synonymous with godless behavior.
