If you're constantly saying, "I'm going to do this," you'll remain in a future state where that goal is always around the corner. Time passes, and not much changes. To break free from this cycle, you need to shift your mindset from "I'm going to" to "I am doing." This shift changes everything.
When you declare "I am," it forces you into action. You become the person who is doing the thing, not planning to do it. This transformation isn't easy; it comes with struggle. You'll have to let go of things that don't align with your new frequency. That's why so many people stay stuck in the "I'm going to" phase—they aren't willing to give up what doesn't fit in their new reality.
The phrase "your new life will cost you your old one" rings true here. You can't exist in two frequencies at once. To truly become a millionaire, for example, you might need to leave the comfort of your current job. This is a difficult and often uncomfortable decision, but it's essential if you want to move forward.
When you prioritize this shift above everything else, your life changes. Yes, you may have responsibilities—school, work, family—but at the end of the day, it's about making a choice. Every choice matters, even when the circumstances aren't fair. The choice to prioritize your goal can be difficult, but it's still your choice.
Often, we think, "I'll do this when…", putting our dreams on hold for a future moment that never arrives. The reality is, life will always present reasons to delay, but you have to make the choice to start now. Planning is important, but you must move forward, not stay stuck in the same place week after week.
Your "I am" statement is powerful. It's a declaration to the universe, to yourself, and to God about who you are. When your thoughts, actions, and beliefs align with your "I am" statement, you will become that person. It's not always easy; you may lose friends or opportunities. But you will grow into the person you were meant to be.
Good things in life can be the biggest trap, preventing us from achieving greatness. It's not just about getting rid of the bad stuff—it's about letting go of the things that feel good but don't align with your vision. These are the hardest things to walk away from.
This is your journey, and you get to choose how it unfolds. When you start living in alignment with your true purpose, your energy changes, and you begin to uplift not only yourself but those around you.
